that sensor is leaking diesel throght it, unplug it and you can just watch the diesel drip out. i started looking for the part can find anything like it at any auto parts stores. i know the DT466 has almost the same looking sensor on the aircompresser that kicks the light on in the dash at 60psi. i know that part number. any idea where to get the one i need and maybe the pressure its set at. and would anyone know what it does really im not sure what the pressure it reads even tells the truck.

It's actually a fuel restriction sensor.
Makes the change filter light come on.

They're known to leak.
Lucky yours is up top, mine was down at the back bottom of the bowl.
I just plugged mine with a brass pipe plug, since I'm going e-fuel soon anyways.

You can get most any parts from here also. Just go to the Home page. Look around his web site, lots of good info there.

From what your showing, that's the fuel pressure regulator, you need that. Be very carefull when working on it, the part that goes into the bowl is easy to break, when disconnecting the big fuel line nut. There is a repair for it if broken.
