fuel lines routing (someone with a 94 turbo please help with pics)

Hello All,

Im almost putting the motor together and Im at the fuel lines/hoses routing, connections. Ive done the single belt conversion and will be adding a turbo from a 94. The motor I have came out of a van, I have updated it with the truck fuel filter housing and I'm stuck on where the lines/hoses go. Someone with a 94 turbo, could you help me by taking a pic of your engine from above to help me route the lines. This is what I have. Thanks again.

except the crossover is in front of the intake opening instead of at the back.

I think you're missing a 3-way connection on the back end of that copper line. My 6.9's have the same set up as that, and the #2 injector doesn't have the "pass through" plastic piece on it. Just has one barb instead of two. So I think your #2 and #7 injectors have the wrong piece on them.

about the three way tee, i realize I dont have it installed due to the fact Im trying to elimiate all fuel lines in the rear of the engine. Thats where I will have the turbo setup and dont want to have heat melting anything. I guess I need to get the tee showing in the pic and use copper tees inbetween injectors going to each bank and connect the fuel line from IP to the first injector.

Thanks

That is the old style aka 6.9 and early 7.3 routing. The later (i think 89+) 7.3 used the style i posted. I have the old style and i have the 3 way T to go to the new style. It matters when u go to order a return line kit (something i didnt realized when i ordered mine).
