Fuel Delivery problems

I have a 94 7.3 Turbo and after leaving a stop light the engine runs lean (accelerates) and then tries to die. If it does die, I have to crank for several minutes to get it to start. After it picks up fuel, it runs smoothly till I accelerate again. New lift pump, new screen in tank and new filter.

I removed all 6 lines from the fuel selector valve and put 30psi air on the fuel delivery lines to both tanks with fuel caps loose. i then put 30 psi on the fuel supply line at the lift pump and blew back through it. when i put everything back together, every thing worked fine.
