FS: snap on bubble wheel balancer

i have what appears to be a old school Snap on wheel balancer,
bubble type, like a level.
one of those things i picked up because it was really cool, but ive had it for 5 years and never used it.

That was fast, I have a similar balancer. My grandfather gave it to me and after I got a manual tire changer i use it all them time.
