doing some work on my 01 SD
ordered new leaf springs and they came in yesterday.
my old leaf springs are ok, but the bushings are shot.
which in my experience says that the bolts will more than likely have to be cut out.
are you using grade 8 or black oxide?
old springs will have new bushings pressed in and used for a RSK on my 87 when i am ready to lift it a bit.
