My BIL has a 96 F150 that needs a new bumper, rad support, and fenders. I Found a walk off front clip for $180 on CL. What is your estimated time to pull the front clip off of his truck, replace the rad support, and install the new front clip? What all has to be unbolted to get the front clip off and change the rad support? I plan on ordering a rad support from LMC. Thanks Russ

It is an all day job.

To unbolt the front clip you will need to:
-remove hood springs and prop hood w broom off of engine
-remove 2 fender bolts per side next to hood hinges
-one fender bolt per side from bottom / by rocker panel
-one fender bolt per side by opening door and reaching in between hinges
-one rad support bolt per side
-misc wires
-drain coolant system
-remove radiator(so you can pull a/c condensor thru rad support)
-2 bumper nuts per side
-There are several small bolts that hold the rad support to brackets that hold the fenders on

O get rad support bushings and all necessary hardware, it all will be shot
