Just a bit of extra info for anyone else needing a vacuum pump, they are interchangeable from 85-99 according to the Ford dealers here. It's the pod ON the pump that goes bad rather than the pump it's self so if you can find a pod even on a frozen pump there is a good chance that the pod is still good. Just an FYI for all you guys I'm trying to locate a pod the whole deal is $130 new and $75 used w/ a 90 day. Thank you for all your help I will be buying a new vacuum gauge next month. Gotta get deer, elk, and bear tags for huntin season this month!!! UPDATE one of the guys on here that lives next to me HAS a pod and a stereo installed + Stereo ( Pioneer) for $50 DONE DEAL!!!
