Hello Russ... Glad things are on the mends... The BB injectors I bought from you continue to work flawlessy. I still see some black smoke but another pump adjustment will take care of that. Now about your L4 L5 issues... Its important that youchange how you do things for yourself. Some of your old habbits will need to change. How you bend over to pick upsomething. How you stand from the sitting position and how you begain to sit down. Time will help but the future is up to you and how you "treat" this injury. It will never go away either but sometimes it will feel like it did... But then it comes back with both barrels. My last back issue was when I was shoveling horse crap for the wifeys horses. It shouldn't have been shoveling and twisting as I threw the crap into the barrel. I too have a bulge at L4 and a rupture into the spinal colume at L5.... Been that way since 96.....The utility company I worked for at that time spent over $74,000.00 on my recovery.:eek: Its still ongoing to this day....

Good to see you back Russ.

I think a lot of us have back problems...you will get through it. The weight loss will probably make it a ton better.

Russ,

Glad you are better. I think if I dropped some weight again, that would help alot. Mine is degeneration and arthritus (sp). I understand. I twisted in the truck one evening and could not get out of bed for 3 weeks. Take care and good luck!!!!
