i have to put them on on my website but its gunna be $50+shipping i have the set in the pics to send to genlightning (thanks for providing the gaskets) so ill know what the shipping cost will be early this week.

5/16 because that is what i have on hand. I could do 3/8 or 1/2. I just dont have the material.

Yes i can cut them a bit bigger. This will be a made to order product. Im not going to keep them "in stock" due to the low volume. but it doesnt take much to cut them out so leadtime wont be too bad.

Tom if you can get up here before tuesday i will gladly let you check out dougs set before they go in the mail.

Im around all evening tonight lol

how much for 1/2 inch with enough material around the port for 1/8th inch wall pipe and 1/8th inch of weld?

reality is it doesn't matter if your using 3/8 or 1/2 in you should still have the surfaces milled. you will easily have enough heat into the flanges that they may not be straight when your done. with 1/2" you MIGHT get away with not having to if you have it bolted down to a steel bench when you do it.

i would say to do 1/2" id have to get $75/set for them. with my setup i wouldn't be able to plasma cut the mounting holes, they would have to be laid out and drilled.

not to mention i do not have 1/2" on hand so lead time would be longer.
