Long as they're single shots, it'll run.
Can't really say for duty cycle. As it's not a linear thing. It'll change depending on engine load, rpm, etc.

Car gauge pro can run the buzz test and cylinder contribution test.
In torque, really just icp and ipr Duty cycle.

Ok at cruise mine it at around 700-1500 and about a 9-10% ipr duty cycle and wot it never gets over 2600I borrowed this from another site:
at start up the ICP 400 to 700 psi.
At idle the ICP 400 to700 psi and the IPR duty cycle is 9 to 14%
At cruise ICP is 700 to 1200 psi and IPR is 15 to 20%
With normal acceleration ICP is 1200 to 2000 psi and IPR is 20 to 30%
Under WOT the ICP can go up 3600 psi but don't worry if it is less 3000 psi is just fine and the IPR is 35% or higher.
If you are not seeing any ICP pressure(bad ICP sensor) or it seems low (Going bad ICP sensor) you can unplug the ICP sensor that should default it to 700 psi.
I'm thinkin a bad idm.well atleast hoping it cause I'm bettin that chip fried it. I've got another one but its for a 94.5 with aa code injectors and mines a96 with ab's. Think it'll run it?Wow.
Either a wiring problem, or bad idm.
Swap the IDM out and run it again.

10-4 I wasn't sure.All IDMS are the same/interchangeable.
