filter head o ring

I'm wondering if filter head heater element o ring is a special size i know u can get them from the dealer but wondering if i could use a standard o ring?

When I redid mine I used injector return o-rings there are 2 that need to be replaced in the fuel tower assy

The closest match I could find was an As 568 114 o-ring (dimensions: 5/8 inches ID x 13/16 inches OD x 3/32 inches width).

They cost $2.40 at international. For that cost buy two and have a spare for that Sunday nite when the world is closed down. Spares are worthless if you can't buy one.
