94.5-95 powerstroke does indeed use the exact same radiator. Core could be different.

PS engines do not use that rad FYI did ps conversion...with a friend...ya no go ps rad and rad support different...subtle but diff none the less.

negative ghost rider.i just installed a rad support from a '96 or '97 PSD into chip truck.she fit like a glove.

ok maybe there are some differences but i didn't see any.....i didn't know to look for any either though lol.

Well I thought all the 1994 ford diesel trucks used the same rad until 1995 when the strokes went to pressurized overflow bottles?

And my core support in my 94 idi is from a 95 powerstroke and I didn't find any differences. Except the 95 one wasn't rusted to nothing so I bought it and swapped em out!

Correct. But that's saying same radiator for 7.3 idi and also the powerstroke, which is true.

The exp Mike n I had was different...now I am not year specific on which stroke we swapped but it went into an OBS deck truck...entailed cab swP....clip was ***** due to front emd collizion hnce we tried obs IDI clip did not work amd he aquaired newer PS rad support and rad.......

Been there done it seen it did it....so I accept it....its an exp ....yours may be different.

I know 95 went to different radiator mounting, but I believe you can pull those adaptors off.
It's the top and bottom mounting, instead of the 2 bolts on each side.
