Since I replaced the sender I have been getting accurate readings. I decided to remove the fuel line hose and currently have it installed with a 1/4" threaded adapter.
Have you tried a different oil pressure gauge? If it is still reading low, did you try a different sample location? How does the motor regulate the pressure? Could it be an issue with the regulator spring/valve? How low is low oil pressure?
