EGR Delete extra parts

I have a late 04 6.0L. the egr went out may of 09. now its out again after 14 months and 25k miles. i am gonna delete it and have pick out the Sinister Mfg. Kit to do so (feed would be nice on my choice). i am not worried about taking out the manifold so thats not a problem. my question is what seals/gaskets will i need to put the manifold back in and where i can get them (dealer, napa, or carquest)? also, the manifold inside where the egr goes, is really caked up. should i have it clean out while it's removed?

Follow the instructions to the letter and you won't have to replace any gaskets but the ones that come with the kit. It's an easy kit for the most part. I can install the basic one in three hours with air tools.

thanks. its done. the intake manifold had to come off and be cleaned. it was clogged beyond belief... had put put on those gaskets but it went well... time consuming was all. goin' to town a-horseback for parts gets old...
