That was the fuel heater that you shorted out. When that shorts out it blows the fuse that powers the IDM, the IDM is what powers the injectors. So, Im not sure what year your truck is but it would either be fuse #22 on a pre 99 or I think it is fuse #30 on the 99+ models. Prior to replacing that maxi fuse you should pull the wire off the fuel filter cannister that powers the fuel heater so you dont blow another fuse.

What year is your truck? If it has an electric pump (99+) you still may have a blown fuse. If it is a 97 or lower you have a mechanical pump and need to look elswhere for the lack of fuel flow (could still be the pump). If you crank the engine with the cap off you should have fuel everywhere.
I would not think that the PCM is toast just yet.

have you checked the IPR-directly below and behind the filter- you will not start if that somehow got damaged or the wire got disconnected!

not being overly familiar with the Stoopr Doopys, have you crawled under the truck and have someone turn the key and actually feel if the fuel pump is working? :popcorn

gelled fuel.
get some 911 and fill the fuel bowl, then dump some in the tank.
must install the fuel filter or fuel will not flow out of the housing to the motor.
did ya get the WTS light to come on yet?

yep got the light on now it was a fuse, just fill the bowl, not to sound like a ******** but thats the water seperator? and dump some in the tank? the little discs on the fuel heater are lifted up on 2 of the 3 will this effect anything?

un plug the plug on the back of the fuel bolw, this is the heater.water in fuel light, that will keep the heater from shorting and blowin a fuse.

yep the fuel filter is actuall the water seperator, the fuel bowl just holds it all.
