I mean these, but wondering if you guys think this is a good set for the price. I plan on buying them if they look like they are good quality because mine are leaking and allowing air in the lines overnight so starting in the mornings can be a chore until all the air works it's way through the system.

Thats about the average price for a return line set. Someone had posted a link to one that also included the olives for the hard lines. They also may be leaking down on you. I pulled line from the filter head to the IP on mine and the things just crumbled. Ended up making my own out of some fuel line but it was a real PITA.

I couldn't find the link to the one with the "olive" seals for the fuel filter line, but I just found this one from Pensacola Diesel... Return Line Kit - $29.00
I've heard their name on here, but can't remember good or bad opinions on them. Any opinions? I can't tell by the pic what all it comes with.

I believe I have a package or two of those square cut seals, if I understand correctly what you are talking about. The ones for the feed line for the filter housing and IP?
Where are your return lines leaking from? I have tons of line, and o-rings are available at Napa, or I have a bunch. Probably have some caps too if you only need a few.

Or I can pick you up a kit, usually I pay 20 bucks for the whole kit, copper injector washers, all return line, clamps, caps, and o-rings.

Yeah, I'm looking for one with the seals for the line between the fuel filter and IP. It's only leaking at a few of the caps (mainly driver's side front one), but I figured it'd just be best to replace the whole detup with a new kit and that way I don't have a few more start leaking later and keep doing it in "phases". I have to get this fixed because the Explorer has a radiator leak, so the truck is my only vehicle at the moment. If you can get a complete kit for cheaper than I'm finding them ($26 + $5 shipping & $29 with FREE shipping) including the cost to ship them to me, I will gladly buy the kit from you. I'm don't know how much it would be for priority shipping because I need them ASAP. Let me know. I'll try to call you tomorrow. Someone said that the GREEN clamps are the better ones to use... Anyone know if that is correct?

K I'll check today, as well as get a couple of those square o rings together. I don't know if they sell a kit that contains the square ones, I've never seen one. Least I can mail you a couple of those though.

All I've ever used what the green squeeze type clamps, and never had any trouble.

Just be sure to lube the o rings before you slide the caps over them to help avoid cutting them. I'm sure you know that though

When I put new o-rings on the injectors, I cut a piece of tapered plasic from a jug and covered the threads on the injectors with it and rolled the o-rings on. Worked well, and was an extra precaution to avoid any cuts or knicks to the o-rings. I have a feeling that the caps are shot and not making a good seal.

Kenneth, the falcon global parts are the best buy, I bought my pistons from, they are oem Mahle and I wont use anything else. I dont know how good the perfect circle pistons are but I do know the Mahle will take a lot of abuse.
