E40D with no Tach and hard shifts 1990 F250

Alright both the ECU was a bust because someone didn't actually test the thing before sending it to me and I got sent the wrong Body manual for this truck. Does anyone have the ECU pinout by chance? I'm going to verify every single connection while I try and find a reputable dealer for a reman ECU. I have also seen external controllers for these transmissions. I know manuals are much better in most peoples minds, just wondering if anyone ever tried them. Thank you.

Fantastic, thank you so much. Alright, it would appear that one of the ground in the wiring harness got connected to the positive solenoid by either me or my helpers because of some crappy photos we were referencing, and that fact the wire was replaced with a red one... We now have an OD light but still won't shift. Oddly enough when first starting it we do have a tach but once started it falls back to zero. Very odd.
