Excellent.

So then does anyone know if mounting a Duralift pump on its back would have any negative/undesired effects?

Eh, that's what I thought. So it will be. I'll take the pump with me when I go to lowe's and get fittings as well as some steel for bracketry. I think I'm going to use the pre-slotted box and angle pieces so all I have to do is cut to length and bolt it all together.

Just got the last of the fittings for the Duralift install. Since a good bit of the fuel line on the truck is already rubber line, I plan to use 2 male-male barbs to extend it. One where it currently connects to the mechanical fuel pump and one where a PO had installed a small inline electric fuel pump near the FSV.

And for the filter head. Wanted to space it out just a bit to I can adjust it more if need be and since I will also be mounting bar stock on the filter head bracket for the coolant filter head.
