I work on trucks with wiring and emissions problems day in and day out. It gets old. So I bought a 93 dodge W350 with a cummins and deleted my 08 superduty. Just for simplicity and reliability. But I'm a ford guy and everyone has a cummins now. So I want something different.

Cool to see somebody do a swap like this and then drive it too. Been reading a bunch that get scrapped before the truck ever moves. I've been throwing around such a swap into 94 probably 466 cause 360s are hard to find up here in vermont. Did you use 7.3 flywheel on that or was it a custom piece from Carson?

Swapped out the ****** 35/40 hybrid for the S360 I had on the 466. Bought a S366 and figured it may be a bit much for the DT360. It's perfect on there. Much more power, 35+ psi, as low egts. Was playing around before the pulls to see if I could launch in 3rd low.... That resulted in a broken front yoke!

Within an hour I had it slammed back together.

But, made it to the pulls and second gear low was good, made it 287 feet! Was stoked. Much better setup now. Just need to upgrade the front shaft to some 1350s now.
