Drivin a Ricer?

So i went to the grocery store the other day and seen a powerjoke truck with a 7 or 8 inch tailpiece on his 3 or 4 inch exhaust. I should have taken a picture of it. I call RICER.... Queston is how many ricers we got in here? lmao

Personally, I can't stand ricers. I know a guy who swears that the 7" exhaust tip he put on his Cummins gives him 10 HP. I call BS on that one!

I believe an engine should be able to breathe easy, especially if it has forced induction of any kind. But if your exhaust elbow or Na exhaust header is only so big you don't really gain anything but a thinner wallet and a headache from going bigger. What good is a 10 id pipe if there's a foot or more of pipe before it at 3 id? Wen I got my idi it had 6 in stacks just behind the cab but the bottom of the stacks had plates capping them off and Po put the stock sized 2 or 2 1/2 in pipe through them. Ridiculous.
