I checked my fuel mileage today and its jumped upto 13 mpg ;Sweet

My fuel mileage is slowly increasing and I really don't know why it started out at 10.5-11 now its jumped to 13 which makes me happy :D

Now that I'am back at my other job my fuel expense has gone up from 20 dollars a week to 23 dollars every 2 days

I'am going to keep driving the truck to work fuel expenses is still cheaper than me buying a better fuel economy junker for the 3.5 months. The truck is more fun to drive it hangs onto the road plus the old IDI screams up the road. The only problem driving a 7900lb F-450 like a sports car is burns off tires.

learn to make some biodiesel.
it's suprisingly easy, and even if you run 25% it'll help conteract those fuel costs.
least thats my excuse to drive 'the big truck'

Not enough time to make biodiesel I will keep buying #2 at the local station maybe buy some bulk marked fuel its 20 cents per litre cheaper :D

I can't really figure out how the mileage jumped up 2 points hopefully it stays that way. It is good that the old engine gets a good run now it spent 6 months short trips now its getting a hour a day run.
