Do not buy any glow plugs except Motorcraft or Beru. Motorcraft glow plugs are made by Beru. The rest are JUNK! This has been proven over and over again.

Im looking at Berus but im getting pretty good verbal reviews on DIESEL.RX....ANY HAVE ANY INPUT ON DIESEL RX glow plugs ?????????

I bought a set of diesel RX "improved" glow plugs,
they were garbage out of the package.

If everyone here was already telling you beru/motorcraft only, and you're still trying to use another brand, you probably won't be here long. LOL

If u are getting pretty good reviews LOL...I would say likely none from here.

Not sure if anyone has said BERU ONLY yet....but eh....you are experienced now w NON beru so you be the judge..

Did I mention BERU ONLY?

I also bought the Diesel Rx plugs (which I believe are made by Wellman) before I joined this forum and they were junk. First cycle with the factory controller and one swelled to the point where I almost did not get it out of the head. I knew something was up because the controller short cycled. Never again! Beru only!

If it's not a Beru it will not do.
It sure beats pulling the heads and you know it too.
If you use an off brand plug,it would surely be a shame.
However, you will only have yourself to blame.
Heed the advice by the wise or it could lead to your engines demise.
For if it's not a Beru,it will not do.

Seems to be hit and miss. Do you actually need the controller? Or just the relay?

Also... pretty sure DieselRX glow plugs are Wellman glow plugs. Same exact plug.
I believe they are rebranded - thats what I recall anyway, but I am not sure who makes them. Probably right on the money

Danny,
To answer your controller question a bit... I replaced mine with a Diesel RX controller from Amazon about 6 months ago. Works perfect, great price. Was my old one bad? Poor ground or bad relay? Who knows I never went that far with it however I do suspect the controller was shot and I did plugs at the same time (Beru from RockAuto)
