death woddel only in the left wheel

well i just finished redoing the frontend in my truck just in the stearing and new tires and braks didn't need to touch anything els then yester ay i was dring an hit a pritty big bump an i got the death wobel like relly vilent so i pulled over and i can't see any thing wrong and now the trucks is pulling right really hard an i noticed the left tire looks like it's leaning when the wheel is sratght so any ideas all the tirrods r new an i repacked all the wheel breaing bc they where in rly good shap plz help

I would guess you broke a ball joint.
