Hi Everyone,

I was driving last night to powerwash the underside of my truck (long weekend at Pismo Beach) and hit a HUGE pothole in the road. The shock of the bump caused the dash lighting to die. The headlights and brake light still work, as well as the signals; everything else is operating normally. I have not had a chance to start looking into the issue, but will definately check the fuse box. Any other tips or problem areas if the fuses are not the problem? Thanks in advance, take care.

its a long shot, but the headlight which is a rherostat (you turn knob, dash lights get brighter or dimmer) may have been damaged and cause a break to the system.

Are your heater controls still working? If so I doubt it is the headlight switch. I would bet that it is a loose connection behind the dash.

Thanks for the replies. It turns out that the wire going to my mechanical temp gauge was gounding out on the gauges bulb housing...causing the fuse to blow. My fault cookoo
