Which cylinders fire at the same time?

None of the cylinders fire at the same time. Are you trying to determine which cylinders are up at the same time??? The fireing order can be found cast into the intake manifold and each cylinder is numbered on the intake runner near each head port.

Cylinder numbers are assigned 1,3,5,7 on the left(passenger) bank from front of truck to back, and 2,4,6,8 on the driver's side, front to back. Firing order is 1,2,7,3,4,5,6,8.

I'm not sure which cylinder are at the top of the stroke together, but this information may or may not help.
