We are swapping the 6.9/4spd from an 86 F-250 standard cab into a gasser 85 F-250 super cab that has an OBS body swap. We are looking into finding a diesel OBS core support. The current radiator in the diesel is old and needs cleaned or replaced. I was curious if the non A/C IDI radiator would fit in a gas core support since it doesn't appear to be as tall as the A/C version. This would fix our core support and radiator issue with one purchase instead of two.

We were also curious if we could use the existing fuel lines on the gas truck. We plan on swapping the fuel tanks so we don't have to worry about the pumps in the gas units. It was a 460 truck so it has a supply and return line already mounted on the frame. My buddy thinks the diesel may have different sized fuel lines though.

Diesel fuel supply and return lines are 3/8 for supply and 5/16 for return.

Cool, that solves one problem. Nobody knows if the non A/C radiator will work in a gas core support though?
