clutch problems

My clutch is doing some crazy stuff. When I shift from 1st to 2nd the truck kinda jumps, then if I take off in 2nd it does it really bad, I have had a trucks clutch go out on me before but never felt this kind of surging what do you guys think? ZF tranny

I am guessing possible dual mass flywheel failing...lucky mod maybe?

Seems like a few f us are having this problem lately. It also could be the mounts, carrier bearing, U joints, driveshaft.
