In side of the clutch master cylinder there is a rubber boot, well my boot is torn almost in half, what causes this? what does a ripped boot affect the clutch performance?
Does anyone have a replacement for me?

Are you talking about the rubber in the fluid reservoir or the boot on the back of the master cylinder that goes around the pushrod? The rubber in the reservoir helps keep moisture out of the fluid. DOT 3 is especially hydrophillic and water contamination is not good for your hydraulic clutch. The boot around the pushrod only seems to keep dust and debrit out of the master cylinder.

If you want to flush out the whole system ( which you should do to your clutch and brake hydraulic systems every two years . If you did, you would basicallynever need to replace calipers, or master/slave /wheel cylinders . It's teh water that gets absorbed into the fluid that causes the damage over time, most all the European cars have this basic service listed in the owners manuals but the 'merican cars want you in getting expensive work done at the dealership )
best way is Get a motive bleeder pressure bleeder and pop it on the master cylinder, pressureize the system and crack teh bleder open at the slave and have a container to catch the fluid, let it run till it's all clean fresh fluid.

Shouldn't be too difficult, there is a oddball bleeder screw on the clutch slave though, I think it's an allen head they put on there just to fake you out ( or possible avoid collecting debris) but its on the end of the slave, spray it down with brake parts cleaner before you start and then spray it down with some Kroil and let it soak to make sure the screw will come loose without stripping the head out Its anyones guess how long its been there. With the tank pressurized, fluid will come pouring out the moment you get the screw loose

how important is the rubber in the reservoir, as I stated before my oil one was almost ripped in half?
