Alright fellow burners, I've got a sound that I can't seem to figure out.

It's on my folk's 2000 Excursion 7.3L 4x4

On hard right turns, there is a loud, somewhat metallic sounding clunk-clunk-clunk-clunk coming from the left rear tire area, maybe underneath.

I've taken off the rotor, checked all the shoes and e-brake shoes, took the axle shaft out and looked in, looked all over and I don't see anything wrong. Would any part of the limited slip be doing this? A bearing? Thanks in advance fella's

could be the limited slip clutches not releasing,
my 03 had a growl at low speed turn, changed the oil and put ford LS additive in and the noise stopped
