Checking codes?

On a '94 PS where are the computer check points and what kind of reader (s) are needed?
also is there a list of error code descriptions somewhere?

The OBDII port is under the dash and any reader capable of reading Ford OBDII codes will do. Here is a list of the Ford specific codes.

obd II port is on the pass side under the dash.
not all code readers will work must be inhanced.
also not all 94's are readable through the obd port.
cpu flash issue.

Do all 94's have an OBD II port and are they all OBD II compatible? I was under the impression they were. I thought OBD II didnt become the standard until 96.
