brake fittings?

I was wondering if anyone knew what size brake fittings would be on the fittings where the caliper lines connected to at the frame were? I'll rephrase that to avoid any misunderstandings... The connection for the brake lines on both front (one on each side, bolted to the frame) and the rear (just one in the rear).

I'm doing a slightly custom brake set up... and need new brake lines.

While I'm at it, would anyone happen to know what the fitting size is on a 99-04 F350 front caliper is?
