Stress on front driver brake caliper

If a brake system is not 100% bled - but still functional/goodnuf - is there a chance this can overload and damage the front driver side brake caliper?

My thinking is since the front driver brake is the first in the system, closest to the MC, it'll get the most braking pressure.

The front driver side brake has been a weak spot on the IDI and trying to determine a root cause. The 26month/15k mile old caliper that's on there now has started to leak, and the one before it was put on ~2018.

Not sure if the issue is just chitty parts or it needs a more thorough bleeding.

Honestly with it having been on there that long, most of any remaining would have most likely worked itself out.

Also it shouldn't matter on it being closer to the Mc in the amount of pressure it gets. Hydraulic systems function like electricity ( it takes the path of least resistance) so unless the passenger side has something restricting the flow the distance shouldn't matter.

Right on, that makes sense and gives me a better visual for things - like why a pedal can feel mushy. So any air in a hydraulic system will cause the overall pressure to weaken throughout, rather than create "pressure points".
