brake drum spacer

Hi guys and gals I'm stuck I have a ford f350 and I need to replace the brake drum but there is some big aluminum spacer on it .I'm not sure how to get the studs out this is on a 1994

yes it is I think that i figured it out it has the centurion package and I was confused as to how to remove the spacer.i need to replace the brake drum.
