Or there's a bad seal in the turbo letting oil into the exhaust side.If it has that much oil coming out of the turbo exhaust housing, oil must not be draining correctly from the turbo back to the engine.
I can't say about the turbo itself, but that's a first gen Banks set up where the intake hat has been cut off of the air cleaner.Do you get substantial blowby with engine running and oil filler cap removed? Exhaust color?
That's a strange looking intake hat & turbo setup--any brand markings?
I've never seen an oil feed line that wasn't wrapped in braided steel.
And, how is the crankcase vented.
