Biodiesel from Animal fat

Biodiesel from Animal fat, i collect my kitchen grease and turn it into fuel.
1 is grease
2 is heat it up
3 is filter it
4 is process it
5 let it set
6 finished

I did not titrate just guessed and used to much ****?

If it gelled you probably used too much lye. Also that drain cleaner you are using, is it 90% NaOH or better? If its that 50/50 stuff you find in the grocery store, it aint gonna work. Gotta get the good stuff from the hardware store or go with it in bulk from a place like this www.thechemistrystore.com

yes that was it too much lye! i made some more with less and it is great stuff!
