Late 99 235 HP @ 500 torque
2001 automatic 250 HP @ 505 TQ
Manual 275 HP @ 505 or 520 not sure now.
I had a 97 F250 five speed with 4:10 GR Pretty good truck. Neighbor bought it and has had very little problems. Its bone stock.
I have a 2001 with a manual transmission. Has 26K on the clock. Other than the clutch cyd I've had no problems with it.

I don't think the Super Duty (99-on) 7.3's were ever sold without intercoolers, although they did use a different intercooler in the late 99's as opposed to the early 99's.FWIW the early 99 / no intercooler have less HP then the later 99 with intercooler.
