Bad injectors OR air intrusion?????

Did you remove the injectionpump when you did this workon the fuel system... If you did please tell us how you removed it. Has the truck been sitting for a long time as you were doing this work. An air leak will never go away by itself... Good thing for that... Chasing a leak that starts and stops is a tuff job for sure...

My money's on a new set of injectors being in your near future, but again I'd fix the air intrusion problem and see where you are, and crack 'em just to make sure. I bought a set of matched reman BBs from Mel, and the thing idles like butter now. Admittedly, they're matched with a new Baby Moose.

ok then i'll start by swapping the other injectors i have and see if that makes any differance, if so then i know i need new injectors...

Whats the proper way to bleed these fuel systems after i swap the injectors and how do i check for air intrusion??

Also will bad injectors or something wrong with the IP cause it to crank long and start hard, or is that just air intrusion..

A lot of things can cause a hard start, which is why you just need to move through the list and rule things out.
