How does the oil return to the pan on a ATS turbo?

Thats kinda correct but... It flows downwards thru the hole in the valley pan where the CDR used to be sucking blowby fumes from. Then it dumped into the back of the intake manifold.

yup, mount and oil drain all in one. the "special" bracket uses the bolts that used to be used for the CDR for mounting and feeds the ruturn oil right through the old CDR hole like mentioned.

thats why the factory moved the CDR to the valve cover on factory installs.
