Anyone try sourcing a quality copper radiator core?

Try 1800 radiator, it's where most of the parts stores get there cooling products, I have seen brands such as Reach cooling, pacific best inc (radiator). I think on 1800 radiator they offer a fully welded aluminum and full brass/copper ect.

Unfortunately 99% of the new radiators sold come from China now. Modine,Eskimo, desert cooler etc are all gone

The last radiator I got was from 1 800 radiator, that was for my 90. It was a full copper brass made by Visteon Fords OEM supplier made in Mexico. Been a few years ago so don't know if they still supply the same anymore. It was $320 shipped.

That's cheap! I'm sure it's no longer made. The last one I bought was probly 5 yrs ago and my cost was 500ish

This is why I bought one from a neighbor a couple of years ago. It came from a 1990. No leaks, clean inside. When he said $100, I pulled it out of my wallet real quick! I knew that was a good price.
