Right near me there's a '85 or so green extended cab F350 dually with "banks turbo" stickers on the fender. I'll go back by if anyone wants to know some more about it.

Rob, Are you interested in just a clean body or do you want the whole package? I just want the turbo and possibly the engine, If you want the body maybe we can work something out.

Well when I buy. It's gotta be a clean, running truck, for work.

If it's gonna be parted out, I'm not interested.

I've been looking around for about a month. The more I look, the more I think I should keep my 85 and just buy a clean southern/western body for it. I just rebuilt the front end on it and am liking the truck more, everytime I fix something.

All right here's what I know:

It's an '83. Odometer reads 6000 or so. Driver's seat shows much wear. I'd wager it's 206000. Body is not shot yet. rear cab corners are gone. Lots of mud, probably repainted. The bed is decent. just starting to rust through above the wheels, bed corners aren't bad. Front of the bed is bowed into the cab. The hood wouldn't open. Don't know why, it was unlatched, but I couldn't get it to open up.

It's definitely a turbo truck as i peered under to observe the crossover and down pipes. No OD. automatic tranny. Lots of custom owner modified wiring under the dash.

I haven't heard it run, but when I called the lot the guy said it wasn't for sale, but "how much will you give me for it?"

260 418 6339 Wright auto. I'll go back by and drive it if anyone is still interested.

Hey thanks flatlander  I'll give the shop a call but it sounds like he knows what it's worth, we'll see.
