Anyone in Iowa good with tuning I.D.I. engines?

I have a 94 f350 cclb dually with the 7.3 i.d.I. wanting to find someone who knows what they are doing , to tune or help tune my truck. Runs good now but jus want best performance possible , my mileage is poor but suspect mainly rear end ratio. I am currently in Altoona , Iowa hoping to find some here in Iowa close to check things out.
