PPE is a duramax specialist and it shows with their "claimed" numbers.
You cannot get more than 75Hp out of a 94-97 with out injectors
And no more than 140HP out of a 99-03 with out injectors.
I would stick with the proven chip vendors of Swamps, Beans, Tony Wildman, Matt from Gearhead, and the like. And for less money

I've got an SP Performance plug and play in my 99. Small little switcher velcroed to the dash. 40-60-80, in 80 I can blow smoke 0 to 60 in about 3 seconds. Cost on ebay was like $120 IIRC. In any one of the positions the throttle gets real touchy after a slight pause. I use 60 for towing, gets better milage. I can spin the duellies in 80 on dry concrete.
