Do ya have some scrap pipe and sizeable angle? Cut the angle long enough to sit in the inside bottom of the frame rails. put a bottle jack on the angle and raise the rear of the bed about 3" Get a few rigid pipe rollers, about 1.5-2", and put in between the bed and top of frame rails. Repeat for the front of the bed. Keep the rollers on the flats of the frame and it should push relatively easy. If not, a come-a-long from the rear of the truck frame to the front of the bed should get it started.

Now you have to have something to transfer the bed onto, optimally as high as the frame of the truck to make things easy. Others have suggested 55 gal drums for this. Just make sure its sturdy;Sweet Good luck, take some pics of your methods and post.:D
