Trying to get rid of this issue still.

I have a vibration comming from what feels like the rear of the truck. It goes away if you take your foot off of the throttle and let the truck coast. This would rule out tires and wheels right?

Is this a u-joint? trans/transfer case issue, or differential. Or something else.

thanks
Doug

U-joint would be my first place to start looking then carrier bearing then drive shaft slip joint it just takes a little slop to mess things up also check drive shaft to rear end bolts and on the transfercase these can get loose and cause a bad vibration

Changed the u-joints, and everything looked ok. What else can I look at.
Each thing seems to make a differance, just not completely cured yet.

Thanks
Doug

If you have a CC you have a carrier bearing in the mix. If it was mime, I'd be changing it out and having the driveline balanced.
