Don't think so. Most trucks were made in Canada and shipped to the States for finishing.
My 92 was built 05/13/92 shipped to dealer in SK. Evidently sold to a Canadian customer, then sold or customer moved to the States, had 102,000 miles on it then. Registered in Sumas WA on 11/02/99. Suprisingly it was a single wheel rear F350, now is a dually with a gear vendor O/U, 129,647 miles.
