Air intrusion?

I am not sure but I am guessing it is air intrusion. Here is the deal last couple days when I start it in the morning just fine, however after sitting at work for 5 or 6 hours when I go to lunch it fires up and runs normal for a couple seconds then it starts doing a rolling idle and runs rough for about 10 seconds then clears up. Whats strange is It has not done it first thing in the morning only when going to lunch. You guys think this is air intrusion , also the fuel filter probably hasn’t been changed it a while I am going to change that also.

I would start with the fuel filter, and also drain your water separator if equipped, then get back with us on details. I to dont see it being air intrusion because the only time I ever see it happen if the truck sits for like 12 hours or overnight. Just change the filter to we can rule it out, as also its easiest and cheap.

Ok got the filter changed and drained the water separator. I hope that is it. I guess I will found out tomorrow.
