where is the best place for me to tap into a 7.3idi for an after market oil gauge turbo feed is goin right where the oil sending unit was

I think you can tap in on the lower left of the block, if there's room between your exhaust. All the way to the rear. Someone else should know better...

Install a tee so that both the turbo feed and the pressure sender (switch) can see the oil pressure.

Bump i cannot seem to find this or my temp sensor port?
The factory oil sender taps off the block at the top rear of teh block back at teh bellhousing . Right where the engine mounts to the tranny there is a sender sticking up for the oil pressure sender for teh factory gauge. If there's an ats kit it's already been adapted to an oil feed T there but you can easily adapt another T to tap another fitting for an extra gauge.
Another spot would be down on the drivers side of teh block there is a small pipe plug in teh area of the bell mounting again just aft of teh cooler that will take an 1/8" npt fitting( also a very good place to tap in a bypass filter)
there is also a large pipe plug on the cooler itself, but access stinks.
