ac clutch

I have been having some belt tracking issues, and it appears that my AC Clutch is too far back. Is this a press fit like the PS pulley?

can i slide it forward on the shaft about 1/8"? I tried pulling the phole pummp forward. Is there anything better to do?

I believe the AC clutch is a positive stop. I would think maybe the wrong belt is running to it, but 1/8" isn't enough for that. Maybe the clutch was replaced with one from a different application?

the problem is not one of diameter, it's one of alignment. I can't get the pulley far enough forward to line up correctly.
