? about brake fluid

Was at the parts store today and non synthetic brake fluid is no longer available at any of the local chain parts stores, nor at the local independent parts places.

Can you mix non synthetic with synthetic. I would think not. You cant mix synthetic with non synthetic power steering fluids and you shouldnt mix motor oils so it would seem that you cant mix brake fluid. If not, what are you supposed to do, completely flush the old stuff out?

why wouldnt you be able to mix syn and non syn oil. they do make a syn blend.... you cant mix dot 4 and 5, i think that is what they are, fluid though.
