buy a good pump, not a bargain basement one, had customers that have, then had to have it fixed right. same with the tstat ang o ring ford/ih only.
fan is tight usually I have found wacking with a punch will help.
got the direction rote down at the shop.

door ajar light

i have a door ajar light that comes on intermittently even when all the doors are closed. i think i have the problem narrowed down to the passenger side. where is the switch and how do i get to it?

the thing is triggering my interior lights and dinging at me so i'd like to get it fixed.

ahh the joys of a new vehicle Rob I beleive that the swicth is in the door latch on the newer vehicles and to fix you have to tear the door apart and replace the latch or find the wires and disconnect it although your dome light won't work anymore I haven't worked on them on the super dutys yet but thats how they are on the rangers

havent had much success wtih fixing without replacing.

WD40 the hell out of the switches Rob, that sometimes gets it to working again.
